Kathryn Conder - Mentoring People Keen to Achieve...
What do you do when you have spent years successfully growing businesses – your own and other people’s – for 30 years you’ve been a coach – for high performance sports, business owners, executives and family businesses – you have helped in the birth and growth of new businesses, sat on industry and government advisory boards and chaired industry boards - and you are still excited and motivated by helping people grow as their businesses grow?
For Kathryn, it was a really clear path – focus on mentoring smart people who are keen to achieve more – faster.
Much of Kathryn’s passion has developed from her years of involvement in business – seeing firms grow and flourish – taking on the world – becoming global market leaders or leading a three-generational family business into becoming a significant tourist attraction, or a technology company growing profits 100’s of percent year after year.
Kathryn has worked in international markets, establishing global distribution systems, negotiated business sales and managed company acquisition processes.
Along the way, she has taught others to coach and coached to elite levels of sport, provided strong leadership in the establishment of a new tourism regional area, worked a range of industries and regions, and developed an indepth understanding of the small to medium business environment.
In August 2008, as the key component in gaining Family Business Adviser accreditation, Kathryn was a participant in the Family Business Adviser Course, run in Australia for the first time by Family Business Australia,
Dina Coluccio - The Fastest Fingers
Dina (and her team) carefully enter all your financial data. She's been doing this for business owners just like you since 1995. Having been a business owner herself, she knows how important it is to accurately enter financials.
Dr John Flackett - Developing Tools To Make Your Life Easier
John understands the importance of developing software that is quick and easy to use. He has experienced the challenges of owning a business. Finding growth eating all his time and needing to work smarter, he has been on both sides of the 'development' fence. So he's firmly committed to designing clever tools to support owners in growing in their businesses sustainably and profitably.
Why can he do all these things so well?
John's major strengths & experience are in sales, analysis, and... he has a PhD in Artificial Intelligence (which is really a 'sledgehammer' to crack a 'walnut', but he's such a nice guy we thought we'd let him become a part of GPS anyway).
